I got hit with the flu. Totally and completely moved and stuck to the couch. Then there was a small gap of trying to get back into the plan, which was quickly interrupted with a work trip. Now the runway is clear and open. No plans to travel, no time consuming plans during the week; no excuses.
To kick out the cobwebs I decided to do a long ride, solo ride, on the weekend. It was windy but a beautiful day however I really overdid it. So below you can see how my fitness freshness guide is looking thanks to the Chrome plugin Elevate. But this post is really only to say that I’m starting the plan yet again and I’m hurting already!
